Engineering strength into every launch
The Structures Team is responsible for designing, manufacturing, and testing the rocket’s airframe, as well as all structural components that must withstand the loads experienced during flight. This includes internal supports, mounting systems, and other critical elements that ensure the rocket’s integrity under stress.
The team has strong experience in composite lamination techniques and regularly works with materials like carbon fiber and fiberglass. For components requiring higher strength or precision, custom parts are also designed and manufactured in aluminum.

Behind Structures
The Structures Team doesn’t just build the rocket—they give it form and strength. They’re the hands that turn designs into reality, making sure every part can hold up under pressure and fly with purpose.
Working with composites and metal, they shape each piece with care, balancing precision with creativity. For them, structure isn’t just about holding things together—it’s about making something that lasts, something that flies.
In the workshop, between layers of resin and sparks from the CNC, they build more than parts—they build trust, resilience, and a rocket ready to rise.
